Our Four-Step process guides you from winning the auction to receiving your vehicle.
Step 1: Win the Auction
Place bids to compete for the vehicle. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the right to purchase. The final winning bid is the all-inclusive price you pay—no separate buyer’s premiums or hidden fees.
Step 2: Receive Invoice & Submit Payment
Immediately after the auction concludes, the winning bidder will receive an official invoice from the lien holder partner for the winning bid amount. You will then submit your secure payment according to the invoice instructions.
Step 3: Title Clearance & Delivery Coordination
Once your payment is confirmed, the lien holder legally clears the vehicle’s title of all liens. At the same time, we take full responsibility for arranging and managing the insured delivery of the vehicle from the partner’s secure warehouse to you.
Step 4: Receive Your Vehicle & Clear Title
The vehicle is delivered directly to your specified address. You will receive the vehicle along with its free and clear title, finalizing your purchase and ownership.
Understanding the vehicle’s origin and our role as your auction partner.
Vehicle Origin:
This vehicle is a Lien Holder–Repossessed Asset. It is currently held by a lien holder partner and is being auctioned to satisfy an outstanding obligation. We source our vehicles exclusively from these lien holder partners, not from public sales.
Our Role in the Auction:
We are an Authorized Auction Broker. We do not own this vehicle. We professionally manage this auction process on behalf of the lien holder partner to ensure a fair, transparent, and direct transaction between the lien holder and the winning bidder.
Winning Bid is the Final Price:
Our commission is paid by the lien holder partner and is structured into the auction. This means the winning bid amount is the final amount you pay. There are no additional “buyer’s premium” fees added on top of your bid.
Guaranteed Clear Title:
This vehicle is sold with a Guaranteed Clear Title. As a mandatory condition of the sale, the lien holder partner is legally required to clear the title of all prior liens before it is transferred to you.
Current Location & Status:
This vehicle is held in a secure, enclosed lien holder warehouse and is not in public use. It remains in storage until the auction winner completes payment, at which point it is shipped directly to their location.
This is a 2022 Rivian R1S Launch Edition finished in Midnight with a Black Mountain interior. It is offered as a repossessed asset and has undergone a post-repossession inspection.

Power is delivered through four independent electric motors—one at each wheel—creating a through-the-road all-wheel-drive system. The kinetic roll control system utilizes the independent motors to actively manage body roll during cornering.
We find the R1S Launch Edition particularly compelling as an early example of Rivian’s production SUV.
